Fixed LNG Refueling Station

The stationary LNG refueling station lays the equipment inside the station on the ground. The LNG storage tank has a large volume (generally more than 50 cubic meters), covers an area of about 5-7 acres, and can be equipped with multiple refueling machines to meet more LNG vehicle refueling requirements. Fixed LNG refueling station equipment plus land costs about 800-1000 million yuan.

LNG Refueling Station Characteristics

Stationary LNG refueling stations are relatively large-scale and mainly serve heavy trucks and inter-city buses in large cities. However, due to the country's lack of relevant standards and tedious approval procedures, the distribution of stationary LNG filling stations is still relatively small. Due to factors like the size of the fixed station and the large investment, it's generally necessary to use more than 40 heavy-duty trucks to consider establishing a station.

L-CNG Refueling Station

The L-CNG refueling station is a dual-use refueling station that can fill both LNG and CNG. It has strong overall performance, adding gas to CNG after gasification and compression of LNG. This type of station has a higher cost but is effective in areas where LNG prices are favorable and in larger cities.

Skid-Mounted LNG Filling Station

The skid-mounted refueling station integrates storage tanks, various control devices, and dispensers on a fixed base, creating a mobile station type. Skid-mounted LNG refueling stations use LNG tankers to carry LNG as a gas source. The overall size is small, with a total storage tank volume generally not more than 50 cubic meters. The ground type can be fixed to the ground on the entire outfit, or in mobile mode, the whole system can be mounted on a movable car. The armored gas station equipment costs about 2 million yuan.

Ground Type Armored LNG Filling Station

The skid-mounted LNG refueling station occupies a small area and has a simple process flow, short construction period, and low investment. It's suitable for transporting vehicles, with station locations changeable according to market demand. Without the large investments and approvals of fixed stations, armoring stations dominate in many regions, especially with limited venues or vehicles ranging from 10 to 40.

Mobile Refueling Vehicle

Mobile refueling vehicles place the entire armored body on a movable car, making them flexible for use where refueling is needed. Although gas storage capacity is relatively small, they are mainly used in emergencies or areas with low LNG demand, solving refueling problems for fleets with fewer than 10 vehicles.
