LNG Gasification and Pressure Regulation Systems for Industrial Users
LNG Gasification and Pressure Regulating Systems
System Overview
The LNG gasification and pressure regulating system integrates LNG air temperature-type gasifiers, pressure regulators, safety valves, pressure gauges, and optional dosing and odorizing devices. This setup has a small footprint and excellent system coordination, which enhances reliability. It is primarily used for supplying gas to small and medium industrial users.
Components of the System
This system consists of four main components:
- Liquid LNG Cylinders: These store the LNG until it is needed for gasification.
- Air Temperature Type Gasifiers: These units facilitate the conversion of LNG from liquid to gas.
- Pressure Regulators: They ensure the gas is delivered at the correct pressure for use.
- Dosing and Odorization (Optional): These devices add odorants to the gas for safety and monitoring purposes.
The system uses stainless steel bellows and pipelines connected in series, with pressure gauges and safety valves installed along the pipelines. A dosing and odorizing device can be installed at the air outlet pipe's front.
Advantages of LNG Gasification Pressure Regulator Armor
This system offers several advantages:
- Gasification, pressure regulation, and odorization are integrated into a single compact structure.
- It is mobile and flexible, enabling rapid gas supply.
- The system is secure, stable, and easy to use.
- It is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized industrial users using LNG bottle groups for consistent gas supply.
- Ideal for emergencies or as backup equipment for gas companies during pipe network repairs.
